Hi! I’m Clare — a licensed Physician Assistant who loves caring for dogs just as much as I care for my patients. If you’re looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, warm, and completely trustworthy, your pup will be in great hands with me. I’m currently home full-time, which allows me to offer consistent attention, frequent potty breaks, and a calm environment for your dog throughout the day. I primarily work with small and medium dogs, especially doodle breeds, which I have the most experience with. I have a flexible weekday schedule that allows me to give dogs consistent attention, structured potty breaks, and plenty of cuddles. My medical background means pet safety and wellness are always top of mind. I grew up with a cockapoo (Riley, who we had for 13 years) and now regularly help care for my sister’s 4-year-old Goldendoodle, Wally. I’ve also watched several dogs I’ve met through Rover on a repeat basis while their owners travel — I love building ongoing relationships and being the sitter families can rely on year after year. I have experience with multi-pet homes, puppies, and cats, and I’m comfortable maintaining structured routines, reinforcing training, and keeping pets on behavioral or medical schedules when needed.

Soba stayed with Clare for two days. She definitely had a good time there. Clare was really patient and friendly. The facility was cozy and clean, and really dog friendly.
Clare was really sweet and made our pup feel very comfortable! We were nervous about leaving town and wanted to make sure our dog was in good hands, as he can be very anxious. Clare made sure he got plenty of exercise and lots of cuddles and put our minds at ease. Would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her care for your furry babies.
Clare took excellent care of my pup Bentley who has some medical needs. I am so grateful to have found Clare and think he had a great time with her/in her home. I appreciated Clare’s communication and her photo updates, too! I look forward to having Bentley hang with Clare again soon.
Clare did a great job with our dog. She was responsive and caring. She sent a ton of pics and took him on a lot of walks. Her place was easy to get to and very clean. I would recommend using Clare.

Schedule
I’m home full-time at the moment, which gives me a very flexible weekday schedule for walks, drop-ins, and local house-sitting within a few miles of Germantown/Neuhoff. I’m available throughout the day for regular potty breaks, feeding routines, and structured care.

I have a clean, warm, and inviting home with easy access to parks and greenways for walks. My building also has a small, fenced dog park for quick potty breaks and playtime. I’m happy to use or avoid dog parks depending on what you prefer for your pup’s temperament and training.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes a calm morning potty break, breakfast, and a short walk to get some energy out. Throughout the day, I offer regular potty breaks, enrichment, and playtime depending on your dog’s age and activity level. If your dog enjoys longer walks, we’ll take advantage of the nearby greenways or the fenced dog park at my building. Evening care follows whatever schedule your pup is used to, and I always keep communication open with photo updates and notes about their day.
