Dog Boarding and Daycare
I am very experienced in providing emotional, mental, and physical support to a dog. I can give them confidence, and a sense of safety, by setting and maintaining the boundaries dogs need ... and then letting them thrive and experience a great dog's life. I lost my lovely dog in July 2023. We were together 14 years. I still miss my old girl and will love to take your dog to all the places we shared together. I have a park at the end of the street for morning and evening comfort walks, and other walking routes locally and along the river. Lots of options. Lots of nature. I have been looking after dogs via Rover since Dec 2023 and have come to love the variety of dogs and owners that I meet. It's always lovely to have pooches around.

Clare took great care of Dug whilst we were away for a week. She was able to adapt specifically to his personaility due to her wealth of experience. The updates and pictures meant we were always reassured that we'd left him in the right place. We are very happy to have found Clare.
A big thanks to Clare for looking after Rollo for 10 days. We hadn't left him with anyone before but from the very beginning we felt he was in very safe hands. Clare shared photos with us so we knew he had settled in and was enjoying meeting the neighbourhood cats. Thanks again Clare!

Clare and her dog Rigby were fabulous. Clare took the time to meet with Flossie and I beforehand, and she listened carefully to any specifics info etc which I really appreciated. Flossie seemed really comfortable with Clare and you can’t really ask for more. Thanks Clare!
Clare was really great with Arnie and took him on some great walks he told me. Clare was very accommodating with Arnie and much appreciated.

Schedule
I work a hybrid corporate role in Financial Services, and am flexible with when I'm in the office. I make my own hours. I am available across the summer period and will WFH fully throughout August (company perk 😀) Dogs will get morning and evening walks, some afternoon exercise, and loving company all day long. My availability is open across all days. If I plan to be in the office when you are looking for care I will look to change my days around to accommodate your, your pooch's, needs. We would discuss and agree as part of the booking process.

I have a two bedroom terrace house with a back garden. Poochie can hang out inside or outside (temperature permitting) and also curl up on comfy blankets around the house.
A typical day
We will spend time doing activities that your dog enjoys. Things like - • Walkies, chasies, (sitties at the park, if older) • Playing with toys around the house • Cuddle time
