Hi I'm Clare 👋 and nothing makes me happier than spending time with a dog 🐶 Your dog will be my number one priority and the centre of attention. I have looked after dogs my whole life. During the last 5+ years in London I have looked after a variety of dogs, from puppies like Pixie, the energetic Cavapoo, to a 14-year old Labrador called Charlie who was my (borrowed) companion for many years. I am very comfortable around dogs and have lots of experience looking after them. This includes dog walking, overnight stays, and dog-sitting for weeks at a time. I’m looking forward to having a dog of my own one day, and in the meantime I’d love to help you out and take care of a furry friend 🐶

Clare recently looked after our mini poodle, Daisy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Daisy was clearly very well cared for and came back happy and relaxed, which says everything. Clare kept us updated throughout with regular photos and messages, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. It was lovely to see how much Daisy was enjoying herself. We would absolutely recommend Clare to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive dog carer, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Clare is very reliable and friendly, leaves our home neat and tidy and most importantly she's great with our dog Margot. Margot loves seeing her and we always come home to a happy pooch.
Clare has looked after our dog Margot a few times now and, as always, she arrived on time and Margot clearly enjoyed being with her. We came back home to a happy, relaxed dog and our house was left clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to ask Clare to look after Margot again.

Schedule
I’m available for weekend care and overnight stays. Also available for weekday care and longer holidays depending on work schedules - please just reach out with dates and we can chat! I love being outdoors and go for walks everyday, so would welcome any opportunities to have a dog join! I’m equally happy keeping a dog company indoors if that’s what they need (the more fuss and cuddles the better).

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment with an outdoor space and am happy for your furry friend to roam around freely. The apartment building is highly secure so your dog would always be safe. I don’t currently have a dog bed or dog toys so these would need to be provided, however if I regularly looked after your dog I could look to buy these and keep them at home. Happy to accommodate special requirements, for example with diet, training, sleeping or medicine.
A typical day
I’ll always be guided by what’s best for your dog and what activities they want to do! This normally involves going for walks, practicing new tricks, playing games, and giving lots of fuss and cuddles!
