I supervise interactions closely and make sure pets have their own safe space to decompress if needed. I prioritize enrichment through interactive play, mental stimulation, and affection while also respecting their boundaries and comfort levels. In a client’s home, I aim to keep pets on their normal routine to reduce stress. I carefully follow written instructions regarding feeding, medications (if applicable), exercise, and any specific behavioral needs. I provide regular updates with photos and detailed check-ins so owners feel reassured while they’re away. I also maintain the cleanliness and security of the home during my visits. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own.
