I have a master's degree in the biological sciences and I love spending time with animals. As a pet owner, I've had two energetic dogs who grew into laid-back seniors and a variety of cats of different ages and temperaments. I've medicated both dogs and cats for acute and chronic conditions, and I would be willing to administer medicine depending on the circumstances. I have some experience with modern dog-training techniques, and I'm happy to reinforce any behaviors you'd like me to help work on, or to work around any health issues your animal may have. I adore cats even when they don't like me, and I am willing to be patient and gentle for cats who want to socialize but are nervous about strangers. If there's anything else specific that might help your pet, feel free to ask.
