I worked in a puppy store for 10 months with up to 28 being in my care at a single time so I know my way around dogs very well. Have cared for many kinds of pets many times on and off of rover. I myself have a well trained pup who’s a 5 year old Shihpoo. I have also volunteered extensively with a vet for 2 years. I do this alongside my current job because it’s a rewarding way for me to be around and care for animals while also helping you! I know it’s hard to leave your pet with a stranger and i’m here to make it a pleasant experience! I care for any and all pets as if they were my own.

I make sure to give lots of pets to make them feel loved while your away and I make sure to only engage with the fur baby and whatever i’ve been given. Your trust is my ultimate priority and I treat any home I walk into as if it were my own. This means not touching anything im not supposed to, leaving the home as it was when I walked in, and not going anywhere in the home im not asked to. I also love to send as many pictures as you’d like of your pets while they are under my care!

Clara did a great job taking care of my senior dog. She was reliable and a great communicator. She sent great pictures and I felt very comfortable on my trip, knowing my old boy was happy and well cared for!
Clara was wonderful with my aging kitty. She was also quite flexible in rescheduling visits due to Southwest Airlines cancellations, followed by re-booking on another airline altogether. I will definitely re-book with this kind professional.
Came back from a week’s vacation to find all our cats doing great and didn’t seem stressed from having a stranger take care of them. Clara was reliable and followed all our instructions. Our cats quickly became good friends and trusted Clara from the pictures.
So thankful for all the love shown to Archie boy. 10/10 recommend

Clara was amazing! She took great care of our dog and made us feel at ease. We were really nervous because this was our first time letting someone we didn’t know take care of our dog for several days, but Clara proved to be worth our trust. When we picked Amanzi up, you could tell she was very comfortable and friendly with Clara, which confirmed we made the right decision. We look forward to having Clara help us in the future.

Schedule
I genuinely do this out of pure enjoyment. I love animals and this is a side gig to save up some extra money so I primarily am available on weekends and some evenings during the week.
