I have taken care of my neighbor’s dogs for many years when she was out of town. She had both an elderly dog with special needs/medications and a dog that was newly adopted and needed to be trained. Both were labs so I have experience with dogs who are very food-motivated and curious. Saif grew up with high maintenance cats and has a big heart for all dogs.

My dog always has a great time with Clara, and comes home happy and tired. I also appreciate the flexibility on drop-off and pickup times. My dog is already looking forward to his next stay.

Clara was great with my Archie. They let him make himself right at home. Pictures of social time, walks, and cuddles were sent, making the weekend stress free for Archie’s caregiving. ❤️ He even whined when they left because he was sad to see them go!
Excellent! Very sweet and professional
My dog had such a great time staying with Clara for the first time. He can be hit or miss with new people, but he immediately felt at home with her. I got lots of photos of him playing and lounging, and it was easy to see that he felt comfortable.
Tinker loved his visit with Clara and Sief. He came home a happy and tired boy. He clearly enjoyed his time with them and the nice long walks. The frequent photos and updates really reassured us that he was very content visiting them at their comfy home.

Schedule
Saif and I switch off work from home days, so one of us is almost always home. We enjoy taking breaks between meetings to take dogs on walks or go to the nearby dog park. I tend to adjust my schedule around when pets are with us to accommodate to different dogs’ needs.

I do not have any of my own pets, but I make my home as pet friendly as possible by having the storage room closed and food out of reach as well as a trashcan that locks for curious animals. I have a large grassy yard for pets to enjoy outdoor time while supervised. We love the nearby dog park, but we always check with pet owners if they’re okay with us taking their dog there. If not, we enjoy long walks and playing fetch.
A typical day
I love to play with pets, so I would love to play with as many of your pet’s toys as possible! I enjoy taking dogs for walks to help them get their needed exercise. There is a very nice park near me which also has a dog park section, so if your pet enjoys socializing, I can take them to play with other dogs!
