A typical day
Depending on if your dog is a marathon runner in puppy form or a chill senior, we can go on long walks/jogs or slowly explore the neighborhood :)

I grew up on a small farm in the Maryland agricultural reserve and have experience caring for animals big and small, from dogs and cats to sheep and emus! You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and treat your pet like they’re my own.

Clara was more than wonderful and so kind and caring with our corgi Francis, who suffers with Degenerative Myelopathy and has special needs. We knew from our Meet & Greet when Francis immediately responded to her that they would enjoy their time together. We felt more than comfortable leaving him with Clara and knew that if there was ever an emergency, she would handle it with the utmost professionalism and care. Clara's training and experiences makes her excellent in working with all kinds of animals. She was punctual and asked key questions about Francis' needs and what was required during her visit. We would give her the highest rating of any of the excellent Rover sitters we have used. We hope to be able to have her sit with Francis again soon.

We had to go out of town on very short notice and Clara was available. After meeting Clara we felt very comfortable leaving Rocky & Addie in her care. She stayed in our home and kept us updated with texts and photos. We highly recommend Clara and hope to have her care for Rocky and Addie in the future.
Clara is incredibly kind and experienced with pets care! My family dog was in her care multiple times over the years. He always came home happy and playful, unlike previous boarding experiences where he would be stressed for days. Although he’s a smaller dog, I’ve seen her confidently walk larger dogs and care for all kinds of pets. I can’t recommend her enough!
