Animal lover w/a flexible schedule!
I’ve always loved animals, especially dogs, and grew up with a family dog! I’ve been dog walking, house sitting, boarding dogs, etc for a long time and can provide references! I had my own dog for about 2 years, but recently had to find her a home with more financial means to provide treatment for her autoimmune condition. I have experience giving medication, handling pets with seizure disorders, and other health issues!

I don’t currently care for pets in my home, as my family dog is not very friendly. I’m happy to come to you to take care of your pets needs from where I’m located in Fairfax!

We feel like we hit the jackpot when we discovered Claire! And we would not hesitate to book her again to stay with our two pets!!! Claire came by ahead of time for a meet-and-greet, and even our kids immediately loved her. They actually asked if she could come back and babysit, which she very kindly offered to do. While we were away, Claire sent photos and videos of our dog and cat, and clearly gave our pets loads of TLC. Our cat, who is usually pretty fussy with strangers, seemed completely relaxed and happy, which says everything!!! Our coonhound can also be a handful on walks and Claire handled her without a single issue all week!! When we got back from our trip late at night, the pets were calm and cozy, and it was such a relief to walk in and feel like everything had been so well cared for. We had such peace of mind with Claire at our house, looking after our pets, and we look forward to working with her again soon. Thanks again, Claire!!!!

I'd recommend Claire to any/all pet parents! She's taken care of my 2 dogs (1 husky & 1 coon hound) since they were little pups, and has always been on time to her shifts and very reliable. Claire treats other people's animals with equal love & care, and always reports back to us with updates & important info from her time with them. Definitely choose Claire for your next walk or sitter!
Claire is amazing - our pet was in such good hands with her, she is caring and gentle and our dog goes crazy when he sees her. I can't say enough good things about her!
I left town for 2 weeks and trusted Claire with my 2 cats and dog. She did a wonderful job of keeping me updated on the pets (even sent me pictures of the pup adventuring on walks and hikes). My animals were well loved and my house was left in pristine condition. I cannot recommend Claire enough and will definitely ask her back next time I’m out of town!
