I grew up loving and caring for animals.. and eventually turned it into a career. I have since moved on to different passions, work-wise, but still prioritize spending as much of my free time around animals as I can. In addition to caring for pets for family and friends over the years, I was previously employed as a dog walker at Austin Pets Alive! animal shelter; I have years of experience working with dogs of all sizes, energies, and unique medical and behavioral needs. My cats are spoiled now that I work from home, and they love the attention they get from me… and making appearances on video calls to steal attention from my coworkers, as well. Because one of my cats is FIV+, I am careful which animals come into my own home. However, should I visit your home, I understand that I am responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship by staying animal-focused in your home.

Claire was amazing again! She not only handled taking care of Baja during my last-minute hospitalization, but she also handled dealing with home repair contractors who weirdly decided that the only time they could show up was when I was in the hospital last week! Baja was her usual troublesome self, and yet again, Claire handled it all calmly and competently! Thanks again, Claire!
Oh my gosh, Claire did GREAT taking care of our house and our crazy dog for three whole weeks! We came back to find a tidy home and a mellow dog, both of which were more than we had anticipated! (Our dog has some issues, and Claire did so well handling them competently and calmly for the whole time.) Highly recommend! Thanks again, Claire!
