I've known Claire since we were kids, and one thing that's always been true is how much she loves animals. She actually got her degree in Marine Biology because of that passion, and she's spent years learning about and caring for animals of all kinds. She also volunteered and worked at a wildlife rehabilitation center in Florida, where she helped care for injured and orphaned wild animals. On top of that, she's always had pets growing up and has a ton of hands-on experience caring for them. She's pet sat for me several times, and I've always felt completely comfortable leaving my pets with her. I know they'll be safe, well cared for, and get plenty of attention. She's responsible, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. I can't think of anyone I'd recommend more for Rover.
