Experienced dog sitter and walker
Dogs are a huge part of my life and I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by them! I provide professional dog walking and drop in care in and around Stourbridge. I’m DBS checked, fully insured and trained in canine first aid, so you can feel completely confident that your dog is in safe hands. I have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages and personalities, including large dogs and multi-dog households. I’m a big believer that great pet care is about more than simply getting a walk done. I love enrichment, sniffy walks, play, exploring the outdoors and giving each dog the attention and companionship they need. I spend around 30-45 minutes with your pet at home, or can provide 30-60 minutes solo or group walks or social play in secure fields. Most importantly, I’ll care for your pet as an individual: keeping to their routines, respecting their quirks and making sure they feel happy, secure and very well loved while you’re away.

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing always come first. I’m DBS checked, fully insured and canine first-aid trained, and I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, behaviour and individual needs before caring for them. In your home, I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep doors and access points secure and treat your home with complete respect. You’ll also receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy and well cared for.
Ratings and reviews
My chunky frenchie Cooper is a rescue and quite a nervous dog. He can be dog aggressive when around high energy dogs but Claire has spent the time to get to know him and his triggers and is incredible with him. She tailors his walks to suit him and his energy levels and he comes home so happy and content. It's so good to know he has had some exercise and cuddles in the day when I'm out at work.
I hated the thought of leaving River alone for 5 hours a couple times a week while I was out doing the school run and kids clubs so I asked friends for some recommendations for dog sitter/walkers and I’m so glad they told me about Claire! What an absolute god send , she’s so good with him. Riv can be a nervy and clingy Chihuahua but he’s taken to Claire so well and seems so content after she’s walked him and it’s so comforting to know he’s being walked and so well looked after when I can’t be at home. River and I are very happy we have Claire in our lives x

Schedule
Pet care is part of my working week through my own pet-care business, so I can offer flexible visits throughout the day, including mornings, daytime and evenings. I’ll always agree timings with you beforehand and work around your pet’s usual routine wherever possible.
