We are a family of dog lovers !
Hi I’m Claire, we are a family of 6 that love dogs! I have grown up with dogs and always looked after friends and family dogs and even taken their dogs on holidays with us ! At the moment we don’t have a dog of our own We have a secure fenced garden and back onto fields which we often walk around. My children have ponies at the grandparents which dogs always love a good run around the fields and woods and they also have a friendly lab/collie which loves to play. I work part time from home during school hours so your dog would rarely be left on its own. We are always out walking of an evening / weekend as a family and during the days on my own. We have a secure garden with plenty of space for playing in the garden, in the house your dog can be with the family at all times or if your dog prefers more quiet can be on his/her own

Claire and her family were absolutely fantastic. I felt so happy to leave Oakley with them. This is the first time we've left our pup with people we don't know and I must say I will use Claire again without a Shadow of doubt. She kept in touch with pics and messages, and I felt very at ease and I could enjoy my break without worry. Her children are a delight and played with Oakley lots, he looked like he was having a ball staying with them. If you're unsure and worry please dont, Claire and her family loves dogs and Cates for them regularly she is a perfect fit for dog sitting. Oakley went on beautiful walks with her and her family and he was so well looked after, he looked so much part of the family. Thank you Claire you really are a gem of a find and I'm sure I'll be seeing you again soon with oakley. ?❤️
I could not praise Claire enough. She has taken such amazing care of Ruby and sitka. Both have come back happy and we had such a stress free time. Lots of updates and pictures. Will definitely be using Claire again
Margo had a great time with Claire - she kept me updated with photos and her family gave Margo loads of fuss and attention. She came home knackered from All the fun!! Recommend her!
As always Claire was great. Thorough communication before and during our dog’s stay. He came home happy and exhausted-perfect! X

Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
A typical day
Dependant on how much exercise your dog needs would determine where we would go walking and for how long. If your dog is sociable we we would go to places your dog can play. We are close to the lickey hills, local parks, waseley hills. The fields around the back of our hose can be quiet if your dog prefers walks on his/her own. We spend a lot of time at the grandparents house around the fields with the children’s ponies. Plenty of pace for a good run around !
