I was bought up on a farm in New Zealand and have had many different pets over the years. Cats have always been a part of my life. I couldn't think of a better animal to have as a pet. I currently have one cat who I absolutely adore. I am required to administer medication to her twice a day, so I have no problem if medication is required for any cat that I may be lucky enough to look after. I have looked after friends cats in the past both in their homes and through daily visits. I have been thinking about taking up cat sitting for some time now, however a busy job has prevented me from doing this. I have very recently retired which now gives me the opportunity to do something I would love. I am enhanced DBS checked and am able to provide the certificate.

Your cat would be well looked after with me ensuring the same routine that you provide is followed. Feeding, litter tray cleaning, grooming, playing, medication administration and of course as many cuddles as I can give would all be part of the service.

Claire was absolutely fantastic. She really helped me out by taking a booking at short notice. Luna was clearly very well looked after and seemed so happy when I returned after an extremely long day away from the house. Claire kept me updated with pictures and even managed to get some cuddles from Luna, which was so lovely to hear as she can be a little timid with new people! It was so nice to come home to a happy cat — and even a new toy for Luna from Claire! 🥰 This was my first time booking somebody to look after Luna who wasn't a friend or family member, and Claire made the whole experience so much more comforting with her responsiveness, attentiveness and friendliness. I will certainly be booking Claire again if needed, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look after their pet! ❤️
Claire was an excellent sitter for my 2 cats. She sent daily updates with photos to show how settled and happy they were with her. The litter was changed regularly and the house smelled nice and fresh when I returned home. Their demeanour when I returned was very calm and chilled and I could tell they’d been very well looked after. Claire is a lovely person has her own cat at home and if I ever became a cat owner again would happily have her look after them.

As I have recently retired from a busy manager role I can be 100% available for looking after your cats by either house sitting or providing visits.
