Outstanding communication and care for our pet.
Claire is wonderful, caring person. I had never trusted anyone to take care of my now 14-year-old miniature poodle, Rosie. I took her wherever I went. Last week I had two very important family functions to attend out of town and logistically I couldn't take Rosie. I reluctantly started searching for a sitter. I read lots of bios and talked with a few potential sitters, but I didn't find anyone I would trust Rosie with. Then I saw Claire on the Rover site. Her bio seemed almost too good to be true. After contacting her, my wife, Rosie and I had a meet and greet with Claire. I immediately felt totally comfortable with her and booked her services before she left. During our trip, Claire sent me so many pictures and it was obvious that Rosie was very well taken care and that she had a new best friend! I will not hesitate to contact Claire if I ever need a sitter for Rosie! I couldn't recommend Claire more highly!!!

Claire was amazing with our dogs. Spent a lot of time with them and was very kind and loving. She was very informative and kept in touch contact with us on a daily basis as well as sent several pictures. We were able to really enjoy ourselves because we knew our pups were in good hands!
