Whether they do well with other dogs they may see on our walks or whether I need to keep a wide berth to avoid any issues. Good to know if they have specific routes they typically like to walk and any specific commands/cues they are familiar with.
A typical day
If it’s a cat, we typically hang out and read and play with their toys. I love sitting with cats on my lap while I’m on my computer / reading. For dogs, it’s walks walks walks! And playing with favorite toys such as tennis balls. And taking little videos of our walks through cute neighborhoods and stopping for matcha. I also like to sit with dogs and have them hang with me while I’m reading or cooking.

Hi! New to this app but I have reviews from another pet sitting app so I’ll add those to my photos. I’m currently pet sitting and dog walking in LA! I live in Los Feliz and plan to be the queen of Rowena with all my walking buddies. I like taking long walks and exploring the neighborhood with a furry friend! So far all my sits using a different app have been on the west side but I’m happy to go wherever and check out new spots. I just finished up a pet sit for a 2 year old golden retriever named, Ralph. She was a lot of fun. I love how much excercise she needed because I need a lot too! Before that I was sitting for a very active shih tzu mix named Baxter and his dad has asked me back this week so I’ll be over in Marina Del Rey! I love cats as well! I have 3 kitties of my own at home that I fostered when they were just 6 weeks old and now they’re 2 years old! They’re named Tiny, Tabitha, and Cosmo. I love them. My last cat sit was for a very cuddly 17 year old cat named Sebastian who also needed medications administered. I’m a very prompt communicator, I like things clean, and I don’t mind taking in the mail or any little things like that done around the house. Fun fact, I’m a former embryologist, creating embryos for couple doing IVF to get pregnant. Let me know if you think I’d be a good fit and I’d love to hear about your kitty or pup!

I had arranged to have Claire house/pet sit while I was at Coachella for work. I booked the sitting before I knew that I was going 100% just to be safe. I was extremely upfront about this & let Claire know that it was going to be a down to the wire situation and she said that was fine. We spoke on the phone and I also messaged her continuously giving her updates on whether or not I was going to need her. Friday morning I confirm that I’m going and she says that she doesn’t have any of her stuff to come straight over after work. I find someone else to stop by and let him out in between her showing up that evening and I think all is well. She messages me saying that she’s in my apartment, she lets Georgie out, everything is fine until a few hours later she sends me a message saying that because I hadn’t confirmed earlier she wasn’t actually planning on watching him and now she just wants to spend the weekend alone. So in the middle of coachella at like 8pm, I’m scrambling to find someone else to watch my dog. She did offer to take him back to her apartment and have someone get him the next day but that makes it even more of a logistical nightmare. Thankfully I was able to find someone and she just left, but super odd situation. I was very clear that the situation was going to be last minute and if she wasn’t fine with that she could have said something. It’s also weird that she fully showed up acting like she was going to stay there all weekend and then a few hours later pulled out saying she wasn’t expecting to house sit that weekend. Not sure if something was maybe wrong with my apartment, or maybe she had plans come up that she wanted to do instead but regardless super unprofessional and left me in a really stressful spot.
Claire is a wonderful pet sitter who took excellent care of our furry troop! Right off the bat when I first met her I got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets! When we came home after our weekend away our pets were relaxed and happy. During our time away Claire sent us photos of our babies having fun which was really nice 🙂 I look forward to booking Claire again in the future!! Thanks for doing such a great job!
