I currently work part time so I have quite a few days a week that I am available for walks/boarding. I do not work weekends unless I pick up extra shifts at work so that is a great time for boarding as well.

I live on a quiet back road with a big yard. There is not a fence. There is a big trail system behind my house and I often take dogs up there for exercise. Inside the house, I am always open to having a dog on the couch or bed as long as the owner is. I am not a partier and am an early morning person. Your dog will be sure to get a morning and evening walk at the minimum. The dogs I walk usually come for any adventure with me, but if you have a senior dog that just needs a place to hang out and be loved on, that’s fine too!

If your dog has a special need or behavior, I need to know. For example, if your dog poops in the house or is prone to seizures, I absolutely need to know this. I do prefer dogs that can be off leash. It’s not a deal breaker, but this is Tahoe!
A typical day
I am comfortable walking, running, biking, and skiing with dogs. I enjoy taking them on errands and down to the beach as well. Aside from being active outside a lot, I love down time at home with dogs. The most common activity would be to go for a walk or a run on the trails behind my house.

Have an active dog that needs a daily trail run or hike? Have a cuddlebug that needs a cozy spot on the couch? I’m your sitter! I’ve owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. I watch many of my friends/neighbors dogs when they are out of town and always make sure they are happy, fed, and included on adventures. I have experience taking dogs trail running, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing. Your dog will be well loved with me!
