I will love your dog like my own
Hi, I’m Claire I’m a photographer by trade, but outside of work I’m completely dog obsessed. Friends and family are forever joking that I care more about the dogs than the humans, and honestly… they might be right. I offer dog walking and pet sitting, and I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s little personality. I’m confident with puppies, older dogs, nervous dogs, and dogs with routines that need sticking to properly. If they need medication, specific feeding times, slower walks, training consistency, or just a bit of patience, that’s absolutely fine. I know how hard it is leaving your dog with somebody else, so I’ll always keep you updated properly with messages and photos so you know they’re happy and settled. I’m reliable, calm, and very used to handling animals with different temperaments. Your dog will be treated like one of my own while they’re with me.

My dog is full of energy and can be a bit of a handful, but Claire handles him like a pro! She channels his excitement into fun, structured walks and always makes sure he gets the stimulation he needs. Claire is trustworthy, punctual, and totally in tune with dogs of all temperaments. I've regularly left my dog in her care while away on holiday, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog walker or sitter.
Claire is an absolute gem! When I got my new puppy, I was totally overwhelmed, but Claire stepped in and made all the difference. She helped with basic training, reinforced good behavior on walks, and gave me so many helpful tips. My puppy adores her, and I trust her completely. She’s calm, consistent, and has a real gift with animals.
I can’t recommend Claire enough. I have two senior dogs with very specific routines and medical needs, and Claire handled everything with such care and compassion. She’s incredibly gentle and patient, always making sure they feel safe and comfortable. Knowing Claire was looking after them gave me total peace of mind—she’s reliable, attentive, and truly treats every pet like her own.

Schedule
I work from home as a pet and portrait photographer my studio is in my garden, if I have a shoot it's for 1 hour or a maximum of 3 hours editing a day on my pc so lots of time for attention and walks. I take my dog Cooper for very long and varied walks daily.

I have a very secure garden that has a 7ft high perimeter fence, my dog can jump very high and he can't get out. I am very tidy and if caring for pets in your home take security very seriously, I will leave your home as you left it and happily clean any mess left by your pet

A typical day
I am very fit and energetic, Cooper and I go on a lot of very varied walks each day, I do drive so go all over with Cooper, no 2 walks are the same, we love to practice street walks, sniff walks, walks in woodlands and lakes, we are always training too so will be giving your dog a lot of attention
