I’m an active, attentive dog-lover
I have owned a dog for my entire life, and I love the opportunity to make sure that other people’s pets receive the care they need; I genuinely love giving dogs the best life possible. I can handle dogs of any size, and my home is dog-friendly. Whether it’s a short walk or a full-day’s stay, I will make sure your dog is cared for and loved. Please do not hesitate to communicate any special needs, as I want to make sure they are happy and feel comfortable being with someone who is not their owner.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a spacious apartment that allows dogs. My husband and I own a duck tolling retriever who is great with other dogs — he gets three walks and at least one off-leash beach or park trip a day, so we are very used to making sure dogs got enough activity. We can crate and keep your dog on leash as needed. FYI - My husband is in some of the pics on my profile as we often care for dogs and our dog together.

Claire has watched my puppy Mango a handful of times and was great!! Mango was a rambunctious yellow lab in her first few months and Claire easily adapted to her needs + energy and took great care of her. She’s extremely reliable and trustworthy - highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Claire highly enough! She has taken care of our golden retriever Murphy with so much love, responsibility, and attention. I always feel completely at ease knowing he is with her. She is dependable, communicative, treats Murphy like her own dog! I also love all the photo and video updates she sends me, it makes me happy to see Murphy so well taken care of!!

Schedule
I am currently taking a break between career transitions, and Rover is part of how I’m able to make a sustainable living. I have a very flexible schedule to fit care in however is best for you and your pup!
