I grew up around both dogs and cats and have hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages. I have a senior chocolate lab I’ve loved and cared for since third grade, so I understand the extra patience, routine, and attention senior dogs need. I also have a two-year-old cat of my own, which has taught me how important enrichment, play, and companionship are for cats so they don’t feel lonely or bored. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and cats, and I always treat every animal as if they were my own.

Claire has a natural connection with animals and treats every pet as if they were her own. She is patient, gentle, and very aware of each animal’s individual needs, whether that means maintaining routines, ensuring proper exercise, or providing comfort and companionship. I’ve seen her handle pets of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels with calmness and confidence. I would not hesitate to trust Claire with my own pets, and I am confident she would be a valuable and trustworthy pet walker or sitter for any family.
Claire Massier is a loving responsible caregiver for any pet. She has loved and cared for dogs and cats all her life, most recently as a caregiver to her 15 yr old chocolate lab that she has had since she was 8 years old. She has recently become a cat owner to a very spoiled boy who was born and started his life as a stray on the streets. She loves all animals, probably more than she loves people (haha), and I assure you, any pet you entrust to her will be very well cared for and loved as if they were her own.

Schedule
I am currently working as a substitute teacher and casual EA. I often have full days free or am only booked up during school hours. When I am not working, I am spending time outside enjoying nature or finding new ways to entertain my cat!
