With a background as a veterinary nurse and now working as a practice manager at Banfield Pet Hospital, I bring years of hands-on animal care experience and medical knowledge to every pet I care for. My time in the veterinary field has given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, health needs, and how to recognize when something’s not quite right—giving you peace of mind when you’re away. I also spent four years volunteering with Friends of Felines, where I gained valuable insight into feline behavior and the special care cats often need. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs a little extra TLC, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet like my own. While I work full-time, I have a flexible schedule and am almost always available in the evenings. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member!

I do not currently have room in my home to take care of additional pets as I already have 4 cats of my own. 😸 I will be traveling to the owners home to care for their pets.

Claire looked after our nearly 13 year old cat, Rex. He is anxious when we leave and needs insulin shots. She obviously did a wonderful job. He normally meows for hrs after being gone but when given enough attention, he is just happy to see us. After 10 days away Rex was calm and happy. She did a great job and we will be calling her next time we leave town. Can't recommend her highly enough!
Claire went far beyond what I asked her to do...my house was spotless...sent pictures...and my 3 kiddo's were happy and acted like my being gone was no big deal. I hope I can have her every time I need to leave.
Claire was amazing with our dog Tusken. She was always on time to walk him and he was always super excited to see her!

I tried Rover for the first time and met Claire. My rescue pup is usually anxious but very obviously got comfortable with going out with Claire right away. As a new pet owner Claire had already given me great tips. I have decided to ask her to help me on a regular basis. She is great!
