Country home getaway!
I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (4.5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy!

Claire took great care of Theo while we were away. Our meet up was super simple and Claire ensured that the transition went smoothly. We received plenty of updates and photos through the time we were away. Theo came home wiped out and happy. We would happily book Theo to stay with Claire again!

Claire was amazing with our golden doodle. She took her on lots of walks and fun adventures. Her communication was great and our Dog Harriet was really well taken care of. We highly recommend Claire
Claire is great with Fett and he is well taken care of. He gets excited on the way for a drop off. She is great with communication and is very responsible.
Claire is amazing! She is super sweet, down to earth, accomodating and clearly has a love for all dogs! My dog was instantly drawn to her and gets so excited anytime he gets to hangout with her :) I highly recommend her for whatever your Rover needs are! 10/10

Schedule
I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an acre and a half of land. About one acre has a inground electric fence that I have trained my dog on. If I have guest dogs I suggest a long lead if they are a flight risk or I have a spare collar for dog parents that agree to training with the fence ( I have flags and the collar beeps in warning to the perimeter). I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.

A typical day
There is a trail down from my house I take my dog to or toss the ball in my backyard. I live 30 minutes from Picton which has a great dog park which I'll travel to in the warmer months (only if requested). We also go to some rock beaches in the area!
