Hi, I have had dogs all my life and love dogs. At the moment we have a cocker spaniel, Nala, who is 3 years old and a typical cocker who loves to run and go on long walks! My two kids, age 10 and 12, are great with dogs and love giving cuddles and playing with them . We have a large plot on the outskirts of Ledbury with a secure acre and a half of space to run around! And a wood nearby which Nala loves to explore.

‘Kelly and their lovely brown cocker Nala greeted Joni warmly for her weekend stay, looked after her well, took her on long walks and river swims, but also respected her home routines. Joni seemed very happy and healthy after 4 days at the farm, playing with Nala in the wide open fields adjacent to the property, and although she was pleased to see me and come home she looked sad to leave Nala & her family. An excellent weekend doggy home and we will hopefully take Joni to stay with Kelly, Dan, Nala at their lovely open country home again!’
Kelly took care of our spaniel while we were away for the weekend. She was friendly, responsive and professional, and had the perfect enclosed space for looking after our high energy dog. Kelly sent lots of photos of some great walks and we can tell our dog had a brilliant stay. Would recommend Kelly to anyone.

Kelly was a brilliant dog sitter, despite our concerns about leaving Shadow our active collie in kennels for the first time, Kelly quickly settled her in with some ball throwing around her extensive garden. She sent messages and photographs to re assure us that Shadow was happy and well cared for and gave her a lovely walk. Shadow was clearly treated like one of the family and we will certainly be asking Kelly to look after her again.

Growing up in South Africa, we were always surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes and we had many dogs and cats including a pet cow and pig! Kelly has always been fond of the natural world and studied ichthyology (fish) at university. She now lives in Ledbury with her family and Nala, an adorable springer spaniel. They have a lovely home with a massive garden for her to run around in. Kelly has looked after our Corgi for 3 weeks. He was very spoilt with lots of love and attention and at least 2 walks a day. I can't recommend Kelly enough in caring and looking after animals.

Schedule
Both my husband and I work from home, with the odd day where one of us is out. So there is always someone at home. Nala gets walked every day (off lead).

Safety, trust & environment
Our property is well fenced and secure. We have 2 large fields ( an acre and a half) for them to run around. Nala chooses to sleep in her crate in the lounge, but your dog can sleep either on their bed or in a crate.

A typical day
Take them on a daily walk and an even longer one on the weekend. We also play chase or ball regularly in our large garden. Regular toilet breaks.
