I’ve taken care of pets for 12 years (3 of those years with Rover!) I initially started pet sitting by caring for pets of friends, family, and a variety of neighbors. Though, since 2023 have expanded to caring for numerous long-term & repeat customers via Rover. I specifically enjoy long walks in any weather & snuggling in the evening. I have cared for dozens of dog breeds and ages, as well as a variety of cats, birds, hamsters, bunnies, fish, and lizards. I’m also experienced in caring for high-energy pups, those that need insulin injections & oral meds, blind dogs, and senior dogs.

Claire spent the day with our high energy hound pup at an Airbnb so we could go to a concert worry-free. Communication was always prompt and professional. We highly recommend working with Claire!

Claire is amazing! I am reluctantly submitting a review because I don’t want her schedule to fill up. She came over twice prior to staying with our diabetic and basically blind senior dog. She administered insulin to our dog twice daily, and had to get up quite early for his morning dose. She is so easy going, flexible, and seemed super comfortable caring for our dog despite his needs. We look forward to having Claire again and are grateful for her services. We never worried when he was in her care and we’re pretty certain Woody loved her presence and compassion.

Schedule
As a full-time remote employee, I can care for your pets, home, and/or plants throughout the day - with my most attention in the morning and afternoons with walks, playtime, baths, feeding, and cuddles. I work remotely on weekdays 9-5; if you have stable WiFi and are comfortable with it, I would work from your home during the day. Otherwise, I can come check on your pet(s) during my break in the day (offering care every 4 hours).
