Dogs are my family. I've had them in my life since I was a child. As a retired 1st grade teacher, I am home daily to care for your pet and their needs. I love to get out for hikes and adventures with my furry friends. I'm an experienced Senior Dog foster and love caring for our aging pets .

Claire did a wonderful job looking after our little girl. We feel that Bessie was treated well and she seemed to have had a fun time with Claire's dog. We will not hesitate to use Claire again!
Claire is a fantastic sitter. My kelpie corgi is home happy and tired and so well cared for I was worried she wouldn’t want to come home! Claire checked in frequently, sent lots of photos and is clearly a very caring dog lover. Thank you!!
We absolutely love, Claire H. She is patient kind and really loves dogs. My dog is 16 years old, blind and deaf and has other issues. How ever, she made him feel right at home. I was in another part of Oregon having major surgery. It was a godsend to have somebody who understands elderly dogs and has worked with blind and deaf dogs before. I certainly will spread the wonderful word of Claire H. Not only the attention she gave to our dog , but the other dogs that were there as well. 💕
She is very friendly and I felt completely comfortable leaving Jo with her. I will be booking with her again!
Claire was so great with our pup Hope! She kept us updated on Hope’s activities, sent us pics, and her communication was great. We could tell Hope had a great time with her & gidget! Would certainly recommend Claire!

We do it all....From leashed neighborhood walks to off leash hiking. Swimming in local rivers and lakes. Our neighborhood has multiple dog parks within walking distance.
