I have a fenced in yard at my apartment, if you wish to house your pets at my home. My dog, Gus loves making new friends. If you would rather your pet stay where they feel most comfortable, I would be more than willing to care for them in the comfort of their own home.

A typical day
I love getting to know the new dogs I watch! I find it very enjoyable to go on many walks around the neighborhood in order to allow the dogs to get some energy out and explore a new place.

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs of all different breeds my whole life, with my most recent being my 14 year old Golden Retriever. I know just how much love and care goes into senior dogs, because I’ve had many. I currently have a 3 year old Boxer mix who I trained after adopting him at 6 months old. I have been trusted by many neighbors to watch their furry loved ones, and i can’t wait to meet yours!

Claire was great! My dog has anxiety issues and can be a bit much but Claire handled it well!
This is the first time I’ve gone on a trip while leaving my dogs with someone else that I’ve come back and they didn’t seem like they missed me too much. They LOVED Claire— even my anxious and reactive doggo. I’d trust her more than I do my family or friends to watch my babies again!
We’ve never had people we don’t know watch our dogs before so we thought to have a drop-in visit to meet our potential dog-sitter and introduce her to our dogs before we left them in her hands for a week— Claire was SO sweet and my dogs absolutely ADORED her! She knows more about dog behavior and body language than the average “I’ve had dogs my whole life” person and we really feel like we’re leaving our senior pittie and our highly anxious, depressed, and reactive foster-fail in good hands for the week we’ll be gone. Claire just comes off as a good and trustworthy person. We’re really happy we got to meet her— and I know our dogs are going to be happy to see her again soon!
Claire is so thorough and has been really gracious in spite of how chaotic my schedule has been lately. Thank you so much!!
