Since the age of 8, I have been passionately dedicated to caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Over the years, neighbors, friends, family, and local pet owners have consistently trusted me to walk, entertain, train, and feed their beloved pets. I prioritize keeping each pup’s routine as consistent as possible, ensuring it aligns with the preferences and instructions of their owner. I am also experienced in administering oral medications and providing attentive care to dogs with special needs, including those who are blind or deaf. As a proud owner of two energetic dogs - a Border Collie and a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever - I understand the importance of tailoring care to meet each dog's unique exercise and emotional needs. My extensive hands-on experience ensures that every dog I care for receives the highest level of attention, care, and knowledge. I am also interested in helping couples/families at weddings or events who want their pups involved and want someone reliable to be in charge of them for the day. Claire was so great and communicative (: We had to change our reservation from drop ins to walks the first week we booked with her because I hurt my foot and she was so sweet and accommodating! We also have a reactive dog and she has experience with reactive dogs so we felt great leaving our dog in her care!
Claire is so great with Sunny! She tailors Sunny’s walks to meet her slow pace and lets her take in all the sniffs (Sunny’s favourite part of a walk). Claire is beyond kind, caring and flexible. She truly loves all the pets she looks after. Everyone in my neighborhood knows Claire and always comments what a great companion for Sunny during the day when I have to leave her for a long period of time.
