Gentle, calm care for your pet
Hi! I’m someone who’s naturally quite quiet and a bit socially awkward at first, but I truly come into my own around animals. I’ve always felt most comfortable in their company, and I absolutely love spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Because I’m more reserved, I tend to be very patient, calm, and attentive—qualities that animals really respond well to. Whether it’s going for walks, keeping them company, or sticking closely to their routines, I take pride in being reliable and gentle in my approach. When I’m not caring for animals, I’m usually drawing or painting them—it’s another way I connect with and appreciate their unique personalities. I was also a foster carer for 13 years, supporting children and young people, and I’m currently a carer for my foster son. This means I work my schedule around him, but it’s also given me a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and reliability in caring for others. I may not be the most outgoing person with people, but when it comes to animals, I’m fully engaged, affectionate, and dedicated. Your pet’s comfort and wellbeing will always be my priority. Dog walks are solo only currently. No group walks. I do meet up with other walkers, but it's all based on what individual needs.

claire is a lovely woman and is a huge animal person my dog is so happy when she comes back from her walk and she’s so detailed in her description as well. i was very nervous to put my dogs care in some body else’s hands however in less than a weeks time i knew that my dog is in safe hands i cannot recommend her enough
I was really nervous about getting a cat sitter and leaving my cats, as they’re house cats and usually don’t like people, but you’ve been absolutely amazing. I loved all the little pictures and notes you sent — they made me feel totally comfortable knowing my cats were in such safe hands. I was honestly amazed at how quickly they took to you! Thank you so much again.
Claire looked after our cats really well and made the whole process easy and stress free. We loved the summaries written each day and felt confident they were in good hands while we were away. Came home to two very happy cats and a beautiful portrait of the two. Would happily book again.
Absolutely fantastic. Charlie loves Claire coming round and loves the fuss she always gives him. And Kyla is always happy to have some fuss. They are always so well looked after with Claire. Will definitely be using Claire for every trip we make as we trust her to take care of our furbabies.

Claire was perfect - you could tell she is a natural animal person - my cats a terrified of people they don’t know - but they had a natural comfort with Claire and greeted her on first meeting, which we didnt expect at all. She drew us without us asking which showed us how much she loved her job and animals even more- we will definitely use her again . Highly recommend.

Schedule
I currently look after my son with additional needs and so when he is at school I am free. I can also do evening and weekends where needed.
