Hi! I’m someone who’s naturally quite quiet and a bit socially awkward at first, but I truly come into my own around animals. I’ve always felt most comfortable in their company, and I absolutely love spending time with them, getting to know their personalities, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Because I’m more reserved, I tend to be very patient, calm, and attentive—qualities that animals really respond well to. Whether it’s going for walks, keeping them company, or sticking closely to their routines, I take pride in being reliable and gentle in my approach. When I’m not caring for animals, I’m usually drawing or painting them—it’s another way I connect with and appreciate their unique personalities. I was also a foster carer for 13 years, supporting children and young people, and I’m currently a carer for my foster son. This means I work my schedule around him, but it’s also given me a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and reliability in caring for others.
