I am an Irish firefighter living in Liverpool. I have had dogs since age 9, in my family home, but due to living alone and doing shift work, I cannot commit to having a dog of my own (yet!). I dog sit for longer stays for a couple each year who have three dogs and a cat. These three dogs were rescues and have specific needs such as medication, muzzle and difficulty walking. I am patient and tolerant and tune into what each dog needs. I am fit and strong so can handle bigger dogs and I absolutely understand the importance of routine/rules for each dog and will always ensure I follow whatever rules you wish to maintain normality for your pooch and for your household, when they return. I live less half a mile from a huge park so walks will be frequent and long (if required). Overnight stays, dogs will have a comfortable bed but it will be downstairs.
