I'd love to know the key commands for the dog (not everyone has the same!) and whether they have any triggers when out and about (ie. skateboards, hoodies etc).
A typical day
We will go on adventures, visiting the beach or local dog parks, heading into the presidio or simply sitting at home on the sofa. Knowing each pet has different energy levels and exercise requirements, we can tailor activities as required.

Pet care experience
*SF Friends - thank you for letting me take care of your lovely pets over the last few years. I’m heading to Tahoe for the winter at the end of November, so if I don’t catch you before then, thank you! and give your cuties a little cuddle from me :)* I'm the person that all my friends call when they need help with their pets, and as it brings me so much joy, I thought I'd join Rover! I grew up with terriers (welsh and wire fox) in the UK, and then when I moved to San Francisco, I felt my apartment wasn't conducive to having a pet. I've looked after terriers, doodles, huskies, german shepherds, and all sorts of mixes. I love walking, particularly at the beach or up and down these crazy hills, so having a dog to do that with suits me right down to the ground. My long term goal is to have a therapy dog (or 2) for hospice work. I was also step-mom to a beautiful cuddly cat for the last 5 years, so am happy to look after your cats too!

Claire was super accommodating and understanding of my yorkie’s needs! She also sent tons of photos and updates without me even having to check in. I was able to be present on my work trip without worrying about my dog. He seemed super happy and chill when I got back, which is always a sign he had a great time while I was gone :) I definitely recommend Claire!
Claire goes above and beyond, and gives my cats so much care and affection. Always love working with her!
Claire was the absolute best! She was so good to our two dogs and cat while we were out of town for 6 days. The dogs were pampered the entire time with a bunch of walks and snuggles. We received constant picture and text updates and she was incredibly communicative throughout. On top of that, the house was left cleaner than we left it. Are looking forward to booking her again.
