I’ve enjoyed all the critters I’ve taken care of thru Rover; mostly dogs so far, followed in frequency by cats, but also chickens and even hamsters. I have done dog walks as well as drop ins for a number of satisfied clients. I feel honored every time I'm re-booked; as I know that means I met or exceeded expectations last time for that client. My experience with animals ranges from bottle feeding puppies to medication administration for senior dogs. I love all pets, and have experience with rabbits, goats, horses, chickens, amphibians, fish., etc. My 13 year old daughter and I are a pet caregiving team; if it’s a housesit we’re booking she’ll be there with me to take care of your animal(s). She wants to be a vet or vet tech someday, so her love of animals is strong. It’s only a possibility to just have me come for the booking if it’s a dog walk or drop-in. Happy to follow all instructions. Will give positive behavior rewards if you provide them and would like that. The more specific you are with expectations the better. I hope to reinforce for your dog whatever they know from walks with you. If you make them sit before crossing a street, then by all means, I’ll do that too. I am happy to be outside on a dog walk rain or shine; I’ll be happy to be your pet-care provider!
