My husband and I are both off on the weekends. During the week, someone is home frequently due to us having opposite work schedules. Your pet would be alone for no longer than 2 to 4 hours depending on our schedule and outings with our children.

When we board or house sit pets, we make sure to create a comfortable and loving environment that feels like home. This includes following their usual routines for feeding, playtime, and exercise. We love interacting with the pets, whether it's playing with toys, going for walks, or just cuddling up on the couch. We're also attentive to any special needs they have, like medication or specific dietary requirements. Above all, we aim to provide them with the same care and attention they receive from their own family, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved throughout their stay.

Knowing your pets well in advance is key for us to provide the best care possible. We'd love to learn about their daily routines, favorite toys, and any special needs they have. Whether they're social butterflies or prefer quiet time, understanding their personalities helps us make their stay comfortable and fun! Please let us know if you think your pet would do well with kids and cats in our home. We are not able to take a pet who has a history of aggressive behaviors.
A typical day
We have a fenced in yard and like to take dogs outside multiple times per day. We like to throw a ball outside, play chase, or tug of war. We live less than 5 minutes away from a dog park at Oak Grove Park. We also live within 15 minutes of several hiking trails. If your dog enjoys going on a hike, please let us know!

We are excited to have your pet become a part of our family!! We are committed to treat every pet as a special member of our family. With a loving toddler who adores animals, our home becomes a place of joy and has a lot of opportunities for exciting activities but also LOTS of cuddles. We are good at reading the dog's personality to know if they want to play and run or if they need time to rest and get snuggles. We have experience working in an animal shelter, helping animals feel safe and loved. We are very experienced with working with easing pets' anxieties and creating environments that are calming and enriching. At our home, pets find not just temporary boarding, but a home away from home filled with warmth and personalized care.
