A home away from home.
I live in Abingdon with my husband and our two children, and we share our home with our adorable dog, Coco. She is well socialised and loves meeting and playing with new friends. As a family, we enjoy getting out for walks both locally and in the nearby countryside. We are a dog-loving household, and I would be a caring and responsible sitter for your lovable pooch.

We were over the moon to have found Claire to look after our senior spaniel 'Rolo' this summer! We've just picked him up after a 9 day stay and we could tell that he'd been happy and well looked after. Claire and her family clearly love dogs and their own dog Coco is adorable too. Claire was very accommodating and understanding of the different needs of an older dog and as such, we were able to relax on holiday knowing that he was in loving hands (we also appreciated a number of updates with photos whilst away :-) Reluctant to recommend as would like to keep for ourselves :-D Thank you x
Claire and her family (and gentle dog Coco) looked after our springerpoo Tara for 10 days this summer. Tara can be a bit anxious when staying somewhere new, but we felt very comfortable leaving her with them - and were sent regular updates and photos throughout, assuring us that she was having the best time. Claire is warm and friendly, and obviously loves dogs - and I can thoroughly recommend her.
Claire and her family have looked after Honey very well. Honey bounced up to the front door so I know that she is happy being with them. She came back happy to see me but also reluctant to leave.
Claire was available last minute and very flexible. Thanks Claire and hopefully see you again soon!
Absolutely perfect. Dropped in mid day exactly as requested to see to my dog over the two days I was working long shifts. Sent pics and was very informative. 100% recommend.
Claire took care of my Luna whilst I was away for the day, took her out to shaded spot as it’s quite hot, and spent time with her 😊 Also made sure that my house key was securely locked away upon leaving. I’d definitely recommend her!

Schedule
I am a teacher so available half terms and holidays. Please do check in as I usually have longer holidays than state schools. Our days consists of outside time in our garden and at least 2 walks. Lots of cuddle time in-between, of course.

We have a fenced garden which is very secure. I aim to keep to your dog’s feeding and walking routine with lots of love and attention given.

A typical day
I live close to lots of lovely countryside walks as well as parks. There is a chance to be off lead in secure areas or me and your pouch can simply have a leisurely stroll by the river. I am happy to accommodate to whatever suite your dog best.
