I am from Helena and I’m going to be a sophomore at Carroll College. I’m pursuing an engineering degree and I’m on the cross-country and track team. I’m the morning before school I enjoy going for a walk to start my day. During the day I’m in town at school or at practice which means I won’t be able to visit your home midday. My typical evenings are filled with homework which is when I spend the most time with animals. After doing homework, I enjoy going for a walk to unwind and calm down from the day.

I like to wake up early and get going for the day; this allows me to take a walk in the morning to get the blood flowing. Once I’m in town, it stay in town until school at practice is over which is about from 9:00 to 5:30 but no later then 6:15. Once done with school I head home and do homework and spend time around the house. Once homework is done, I typically go for a walk to unwind from the day.

Let me know if your dog has any experience walking on leash. If your dog has only a little experience, I will take them earlier in the morning or later in the evening to avoid numerous interactions with other pet owners and their dogs.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks or run or to go and throw a ball for them. Some of my favorite places to go are in the scratch gravels, up in the South hills, or through the neighborhoods downtown. If your dogs is up for it, I also like taking them through Starbucks drive through to get a pup cup.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around animals and a garden my entire life. I started helping out with animals since I have been ten and it has always been one of my favorite tasks to do. My family has several large dogs, cats, chickens, hogs, and occasional steers so there is no animal too big or too small I can’t handle. My dad is particularly enthusiastic about gardening and my mom grows flower baskets so I would consider myself a pro at watering and making sure everything is on schedule.
