I have always had a love for animals but didn't realize my deep passion for animal welfare until I started volunteering at a local Humane Society. The work accomplished there led me to return to school. I attended UIC, studying Biological Science. I’m taking a mini break at the moment. Ever since I can remember there has been a dog in my life, whether it be mine or a shelter kiddo. My volunteer background gave me the groundwork to build knowledge on canine body language and behavior. I am open to working with all breeds. **Due to a couple people taking advantage of services, I feel it is in the best interest of everyone involved that I add extra information in certain sections. Please read over anything with asterisks as it will provide more insight.** **Rates can be adjusted based on different variables. If you have any questions just feel free to ask**

Claire was incredibly responsible from the very beginning. She took care of two dogs at once — including one who pulls on the leash during walks — with a lot of patience and care. She sent us photo updates every day, several times a day, which we really appreciated. She stayed at the house all day with the dogs and was very respectful of our home and belongings. We felt totally at ease leaving our pups with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
Claire was great with Moosey, she took care of Moosey overnight and closely monitored him while he recovered from a urinary blockage procedure. She gave him his meds, and was a great sitter to help keep Moosey healthy. 10/10 would hire again :)
Claire is a magician! She took care of four very needy, very difficult cats for ten days and they absolutely fell in love with her. My Lulu is very skittish and shy, and doesn't warm up to anyone--Claire was sending videos of this cat rolling on her back and showing her belly! I was absolutely stunned, and honestly a little jealous 😊. She took perfect care of Marco and Zeke who require very specific medications, and Agnes has a new snuggle buddy. In addition to the kids, my flat was cared for beautifully, the plants thrived, and communication was fantastic. I will never have anyone else sit with my babies, Claire is their new Auntie!
Claire was an amazing sitter for my dog Mack! My dog is leash reactive and I was upfront with some of the challenges that we have had with him and she was extremely receptive to all of it. She did a great job sending updates the entire time I was gone and our place was clean when I got back!
Another great weekend having Claire watch my Ollie! She always goes above and beyond to take care of him. She is excellent at sending updates and takes the cutest pictures. I highly recommend her!

Summer prices Walks and Drop-Ins now available I am a full time pet auntie on Rover. My routine works around pet care. Any prior appointments or engagements will be divulged before booking.

- All breeds welcome:-) Before sitting your pet(s) I would like to know if there is anything that I should be aware of: -medical conditions -fears -triggers -bite history -etc. None of the above will deter me from treating your pooch unlike my own however, complete transparency is a must for safety reasons. **ALL pets MUST be on your profile. Any animal that requires more care: bottle-feeding babies, etc. are more than welcome when sitting. Rates will be adjusted appropriately.** **Under no circumstances will I sit an untreated sick animal. Proper veterinary care MUST be provided as I firmly believe all animals deserve to be cared for.**
