Hi there, I’m Claire! :) I am currently employed part-time as a dog handler where I lead group walks, prevent conflict between dogs, and tend to daily individual dog needs and preferences. I have loved animals since I was little and have been known as the go-to neighborhood animal sitter, dog walker, and everything in between for the past decade. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and farm animals including pigs, goats, alpacas, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, squirrels, and chickens with specialty experience caring for elderly, disabled (blind, deaf, etc.), and reactive animals. I am hardworking, reliable, and care greatly for all sorts of animals. I just finished my bachelors degree at University of Oregon and relocated to San Francisco last summer. I am fully available afternoons weekdays and most weekends to make your pets my #1 priority!💗

I had a wonderful experience! She took amazing care of my two dogs and my cat, kept me updated throughout my trip, and treated them like her own. I came home to happy, relaxed pets and couldn't have asked for better care. Reliable, communicative, and compassionate—I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again!
Claire made plans a month in advance to meet with me and my 2 dogs prior to dog/house sitting. She walked with my dogs yesterday and will do so again today. She sent lots of cute photos! We’re lucky to have found Claire, as she is trustworthy, amazing with dogs, and reliable and kind!
Claire was an amazing cat sitter! She was extremely communicative and sent regular updates and photos of our pets. One of our cats requires daily medication, she had no trouble administering it. We had her stay at our home while we were away and she was a very considerate house guest - I think the house was probably cleaner when we returned than when we left! Finally, it can be a tough to find trusted people to care for your pets and home while you are away, but Claire was super friendly, honest, and easy to work with the entire time, and we felt totally at ease. We will definitely be reaching out to her again for future pet care needs and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
I just finished my bachelors degree at University of Oregon and relocated to San Francisco last summer. I am currently employed as a dog handler part-time at Bark Avenue. My current shifts are 4 hours, 8AM-12PM Monday-Friday. I am fully available outside of those times to make your pets my #1 priority!🩷
