Ciomara took amazing care of our fur baby! She had great communication throughout and truly gave us peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend her! ❤️

I was a little hesitant about leaving my fur baby with someone other than family. Lucky felt the live and made himself at home. This made me feel relieved. He will definitely be back

So horrible! Our dog came back limping and cut up all over his body and Ciomara never notified us or even noticed. Actively investigating Ciomara with Rover after picking up our pup and immediately having to take him to the vet. The vet is calling them “pressure sores” on his elbows and ankles from being on a hard surface for too long. We provided Ciomara with his orthopedic bed so this shouldn’t be the case and our dog has never had these sores ever. When we asked her about the cuts, she said she didn’t notice the sores at all even though our dog is white and the sores are large and bright red and looked like they must have bled. The care feels extremely negligent. Our poor Oakley is still traumatized 3 days later and hasn’t been his happy self because he’s in pain. She then told us she crated him for a “short time” which we were never notified about or consented to and now I’m left to believe it was longer than she’s saying. She was also not proactive during his stay with updates and I had to ask her multiple times how he is doing to get any update. I gave her grace because she’s a working mom, but after all of this, and how traumatized our pup is, I feel she must have not given Oakley any attention. When my husband picked up our dog, he said her home also smelled of weed which alone, wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but given all the other issues we faced, I don’t feel comfortable with anyone else leaving their fur babies with her. I’m heartbroken for our dog and the mistreatment he could have faced. I’ve been on rover for over 5 years and never experienced something so horrible.

Ciomara was very responsive and sent me updates of Luna throughout her stay there. She made sure she was safe and got along with any other dogs staying with her. I will definitely be asking her to watch Luna again in the future.

We had a great experience with Ciomara !She did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and made sure he was well fed, walked, and comfortable while we were away. She was reliable, caring, and very attentive. I got nice pictures of Tristan during the care . I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!
