I work from home and live alone in a one-bedroom apartment near Blasco Ibanez. I'm on the 1st floor with four elevators and stairs. I don't have a yard, but small plazas with trees and the middle of Blasco Ibañez serve as green areas for walks and potty breaks.

Information Cinthia A. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know their daily routine, feeding schedule, any medications, energy level, and how they do on walks or around other dogs. It also helps to know if they have separation anxiety, special quirks, favorite toys, or anything that might make them feel extra at ease. The more I know about your pet’s personality and needs, the better I can tailor their stay so they feel right at home with me.

A typical day

I work from home, so your dog will have company and attention throughout the day. I usually wake up around 8:00 AM, and the first thing we do is go out for a nice morning walk so they can sniff around, stretch, and start the day relaxed. After breakfast (theirs and mine!), I settle into work with your dog resting close by, getting plenty of cuddles and supervision. Late morning is perfect for another walk or playtime, depending on your dog's energy level. Three days a week, I have a 2-hour tennis lesson around noon, but your dog is always walked and settled comfortably before I go, with water, a cozy spot, and enrichment toys if they enjoy them. In the afternoon I take short breaks from work to give them attention, bathroom breaks, and little play sessions. I love taking dogs out for several walks a day so they can explore the neighborhood and move around as much as they like. At 5:30 PM, I go to a Pilates class near my home for one hour, and it only takes me about 8 minutes to get back. Your pup is always safe, comfortable, and relaxed during this short time. Evenings are calm and cozy with more cuddles, a longer walk, and relaxation time together. I normally go to bed around 11:00 PM, and your dog will always get one last potty break before we settle in for the night.

Pet care experience

I have rescued dogs since I was a kid, and my mum had to put a cap at two at a time after many years because otherwise, we would have ended up with a dozen. I moved to Valencia three years ago, and my dogs live with my mum now in Guatemala, so I miss them dearly, and I figured looking after doggies here could be a fix for my doggie needs.

I had a great experience leaving Bowie with Cynthia for the weekend. From the moment I dropped her off, I received constant updates throughout the day without even having to ask. She sent lots of photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Bowie was happy and well looked after. She took Bowie on walks, gave her plenty of attention, and it was obvious she genuinely cared for her. I felt completely comfortable leaving Bowie in her care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
