Information Cindy & Steve W. would like to know about your pet

⭐️IMPORTANT PET INFORMATION⭐️ ———————————————————— To ensure we can provide the best experience for your pet, we respectfully request the following: 1. Vaccinations - Florida state law does require valid rabies vaccination and so do we, and we request Bordetella and a Distemper combo shot such as DHPP just to be 100% safe (and these are the vaccines strongly recommended by the AKC). This is to keep everyone safe and healthy. 2. Non-aggressive - Gets along with other dogs and kids. Timid, prefers to be alone, etc is OK. However we simply just cannot accommodate aggressive behavior. 3. House trained - We provide MANY bathroom breaks, but we do ask for dogs to know to go outside, and that males do not "mark their territory" on furniture. 4. No Separation Anxiety - Although we are home most of the time, we do sometimes need to leave to go grocery shopping etc like normal people. It is very difficult to accommodate separation anxiety that results in distressed barking and destructive behavior. 5. Lastly, we encourage bringing dog beds, blankets, etc so they recognize their smells and can feel more at home!

❤️ Attentive Home-Style Care

Pet care experience

⭐️ WHY PET PARENTS CHOOSE US AGAIN & AGAIN Hi! We’re Cindy and Steve, and we provide a true home-away-from-home experience for dogs who deserve personalized attention, comfort, and care. Cindy is a stay-at-home mom. Steve works from home and is a real estate advisor. They have four elementary aged children. This means your dog is constantly around people, always supervised, engaged, and cared for. Dogs in our home are free to roam, relax, play, and be part of everyday family life. Many pet parents tell us their dogs come home happy, relaxed, and smiling. For our repeat visitors, that they get excited on the drive over, and burst into the front door like it's their second home (because it is). We take pride that our reviews consistently mention peace of mind, communication, and how comfortable their dogs felt during their stay. 📩 Message us anytime with questions or to schedule a meet & greet. We can't wait to meet you! ———————————————————— ❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1️⃣: Will my dog be left alone? - Cindy is a stay at home mom and Steve works from home, plus we have four children, so your dog will get to be a part of our family during their "home away from home" stay. 2️⃣: Is this a kennel or boarding facility? - No, we are a family residence where dogs are part of our daily routine. 3️⃣: How many dogs do you watch at a time? - We historically average 2 dogs at a time. 4️⃣: What if I want our dog to stay with you again in the future? - We want to be dependable and reliable, so we happily make ourselves available to those who want to come back again. 5️⃣: For how long can we have you watch our dog? - For longer stays, we definitely recommend a meet and greet so your pet can get to know us beforehand. Our longest stay was 6 weeks. 6️⃣: Can you accommodate special diets or medications? - Yes, we’re comfortable with oral medications, special food, and following your dog’s routine. 7️⃣: What if my travel plans change? - We’re very flexible and understand plans change. We allow easy modifications and same day cancellations with no fees. We are here if you need us, and if things change no worries. 8️⃣: Can we do a meet & greet first? - Absolutely! We’re happy to schedule a meet & greet so you feel completely comfortable before booking. 9️⃣: What should I bring for my dog’s stay? - Their food, any medications, and anything that helps them feel at home (bed, toy, blanket, etc.). ———————————————————— ⏰ FLEXIBLE & STRESS-FREE SCHEDULING - We know travel plans change. ✔️ Flexible drop-off & pick-up times ✔️ Easy booking modifications if needed ✔️ Extra days or early pickups accommodated when possible ✔️ No Cancellation fees, no questions asked, same day cancellations are no problem ———————————————————— 🤝 MEET & GREETS (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) - Most pet parents tell us this is what seals the decision. We’re happy to do meet & greets so you can: * Meet us face-to-face * See where your dog will be staying * Feel confident before booking

Absolutely incredible dog‑sitting experience with Cindy, Steve, and their family. We booked them to watch our dog, Jackson, over a holiday weekend, and they went above and beyond in every way. They didn’t just take care of him, they welcomed him into their family. They kept us updated every day with playful pictures and sweet check‑ins so we always knew how he was doing and how much fun he was having. When Jackson came home, he was refreshed, happy, and clearly well‑loved. He was excited to see us but also so relaxed that he spent most of the day snoozing—proof he had the best time and felt completely comfortable in their home. We will absolutely be using Cindy and Steve again anytime we need someone to care for our fur baby. Their kindness, communication, and genuine love for dogs make them truly exceptional sitters.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Cindy and Steve have a genuine love for animals, and it shows in everything they do. Lulu came home calm, happy, and completely herself, which tells me she felt safe and loved the entire time. What impressed me most was the peace of mind they gave me. I never had to wonder how she was doing because I knew she was being treated like part of their family. That kind of trust is priceless. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Lulu with them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care.
