Cindy was cheerful and arrived early and took excellent care of our house and pup!

It was clear from the photos that Cindy sent me thst my Mango was getting lots of cuddles and was happy. I definitely recommend her as a sitter!

Cindy followed instructions perfectly and made sure Rascal was well taken care of while we were away. Thank you Cindy!

I can't thank Cindy enough for the excellent care and service she provided for my pups. I am so thankful that she was able to take care of Roxie and Dion for an extra three days when we ran into issues with returning home from our vacation. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who wants their dogs to have an excellent experience when their owners need care for their dogs.

Cindy did a great job. Packages in before I asked. Garbage handled. Lots of brushing and playing.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Non-communicative. Did not interact much with my dogs (I checked my security cameras daily to see her sitting on the couch watching TV and not playing with my dogs) Only sent me a picture when I requested it. Answered my questions with one word answers. Did not give me any feedback on how my dogs were doing without me first contacting her. I got more information from my neighbor who had to go over to my house and spend time with my dogs in the yard in the morning after she left at 7:30am and then he came back again at noon time to let them out. I truly wanted to give a good review, but I can't. As a former dog-sitter myself (who also advertised on Rover) I am giving an honest review. When someone's dog was in my care, the owner got a daily report texted (or emailed if they were on a cruise) plus daily photos and videos of me playing with their dog. I gave the owner's reports and photos/videos every day. I answered their questions and made sure their minds were at ease knowing their dogs were being affectionately cared for. I could see 2 of my dogs constantly jumping up on the couch with toys in their mouths egging her on to play with them and she just ignored them. It was breaking my heart to see that. If you just want a warm body present in your home, she's your gal. But if you want someone to communicate with you about the status of your pet, don't hire her. I even explained to her prior to my departure that this was the first time in 15 years I was traveling without my dogs and she did nothing to put my mind at ease while I was gone. And when I came back, I found she had left used pee pads in my kitchen that were stinking up my house and a peed on quilt left in my bedroom closet. Instead of washing them, she left them dirty. That's just unacceptable. I'm sorry Cindy, I wanted to give you a glowing report, but sadly, I cannot.
