Active sitter profile in 2026! I raised my beagle from four months to present (ten years) and blue heeler corgi since she was 8 weeks old to present (three years). I’m experienced with potty training, crate training, separation anxiety, obedience training (sit, down, stay, leave it, come), teaching tricks (high 5, speak, gimme paws, rollover). I’ve watched puppies and elderly dogs and love them all the same! I’m very good at recognizing signs for upset stomachs, needs to go out, checking coats for any signs of fleas/ticks or worms, and will give you updates if I see any good/bad signs based on stool and behavior, I give good cuddles, belly/back scratches. I have experience with administering oral and ear medication as well. I’ve loved animals since I was little and have had cats, dogs, hermit crabs, hamsters, and fish. When I was in college I set up an ongoing relationship with a local animal shelter and my cultural organization to volunteer with their dogs. I’m very gentle and have a lot of patience for mistakes in order to treat them with love and fix bad habits. I follow directions very well and won’t overstep any boundaries e.g. letting pets on furniture, treat quantity preference, not teaching them tricks, etc.

Cindy was so responsive to all of my messages leading up to our scheduled sitting days, and gave great feedback for each visit. I felt great having her care for my kitty while I was out of town!
I would love Cindy to be my constant Rover. Cindi is pleasant to be around and I think animals just take to her real easily. She’s intelligent she’s aware and she cares.

Schedule
With my dogs now, I make sure the first thing they do in the morning is go out and do their business in the backyard. They get fed twice a day, their supplements, and treats for looking cute! I try to walk them twice a day at lunch and after the sun sets so they don’t burn their paws. We snuggle on the couch all day and I’ll throw the occasional ball (re: my dog holds me hostage for an hour and I have to chuck her ball until she’s finished)

I’ll care for your home as if it were my own. I keep the place clean, including dishes, linens, and taking out the trash. I’ll take the mail in and accept packages. Will keep your security systems armed and keys safe and sound!
Pets
A typical day
I work from home so I’ll be with your pet all day to give them 2-3 walks anywhere from 15-30 minutes. And let them out as much as needed if you have a yard too. I always change up the walk for new sniffs and friends through your neighborhood or trails. If your dog is healthy and good at restaurants I’ll be able to take them with me on weekends to dog friendly places (with your permission)!
