From the very first meet-and-greet, I knew my fur baby was in loving, capable hands. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the pets she watches. My dog can be a little shy at first, but he warmed up to her immediately — which says everything about her energy. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Ciera went above and beyond, sticking to feeding schedules, walks, and even giving extra cuddles. I came home to a calm, content pup instead of an anxious one.
