I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. My first job was working as a cat sitter for my neighbor’s young cat, Monkey. I’ve stayed at neighbors houses to watch their dogs since high school, providing regular walks, enrichment, and love. I’ve worked with puppies as young as 10 weeks and dogs as old as 12 years. I’ve worked with pets with special needs and medication needs. Most importantly, I truly love animals. As my sister’s weenie dog puppy can attest, nothing makes me happier than having an animal curled up on my lap. Even if it means dealing with some scratches or disciplining, being around pets is always worth it!

Safety, trust & environment
My house requires getting up a few flights of stairs, so large senior pups may struggle. Otherwise, any animals are welcome. I’m happy to stay at other folks’ homes as I know this often makes animals more comfortable. I’m flexible to whatever your house rules are!

Ciara was amazing. Lots pf pictures. Lots of feedback about walking, eating, medication, and pooping. (I have a minidoxie with back and digestion issues.) she even let him cuddle on sofa with her, like he is used to! My house was spotless and the bed was stripped. Best was that there were no surprises following my return, which is always the true test! Ciara will be my first call next time I need a sitter!
Ciara was amazing! Our dog clearly had a great time on his walks with her. She’s very quick to respond and sent plenty of photos.

Ciara has taken care of my dachshund since last August, when she was just 8 weeks old. Ciara has been very reliable and highly attentive to my puppy's needs. She always goes above and beyond, she is great!

Schedule
As a student, my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to take care of pets whenever I can. I love early morning walks, so I’m available as early as 7:30 am.

- Please let me know if your pet barks a lot, as I live with roommates and need to be sensitive to their comfort with noise! I will only house sit or have pets stay with me if I’ve met them in advance! This can be for walks or drop in visits, or we can arrange a short meet and greet in advance. I want to make sure your pet is comfortable with me before we are paired long term!
