I've been caring for dogs and cats for more than five years, providing everything from daily walks and feeding to overnight stays and medication administration. As a veterinary student, I understand animal behavior, health, and safety, giving owners extra peace of mind while they're away. I like to learn about your pet's routine, personality, medical history, and any special instructions. I focus on providing safe, compassionate care through exercise, playtime, feeding, fresh water, medications if needed, and lots of affection. I'm experienced with puppies, senior pets, and animals with medical conditions, and I'm comfortable monitoring for changes in behavior or health. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable while giving you peace of mind. My home has a fenced in yard and currently no pets of my own. Unfortunately my anxious senior dog passed from cancer in February so I am well experienced in caring for pets with behavioural and medical issues.

Ciara was great with our cat.
Ciara went above and beyond with our elderly cats. Between the many prescribed diets + medications I was very choosy about who could look after them. We came back to haooy, healthy cats, she even took the time to wash used food dishes + clean litter boxes. The daily photo updates and info on days the eldest did or did not have meds was helpful to have as well.
Ciara is a wonderful pet sitter and has looked after my cat many times. She is extremely responsible, responsive, and always goes above and beyond for my cat, and he loves when she hangs out with him! I love that she's a vet student; it gives me peace of mind knowing my cat is in very capable hands when I leave him. I highly recommend Ciara!
Ciara is a very kind and dependable pet sitter/walker. She watched my five cats for eleven days while I was in Japan for work, and always kept me updated with fun pictures, which I deeply appreciated. I would hire her again!
Ciara is one of the most committed and responsible pet owners I’ve ever met! She never let anything get in the way of her role as a caregiver for her senior dog. I would trust her with any of my animals!

Schedule
I am currently on 4th year veterinary rotations, working Monday-Thursday with availability after 7:30pm to care for animals (walk dogs, feed cats, etc). I have open availability Friday-Sunday to care for pets +/- overnight board.
