Please let me know if your dog has any behaviors I need to be aware of - dog-reactive, etc. I don’t greet unknown dogs with my clients’ dogs, but it’s still good to know.
A typical day
I love energetic walks around the neighborhood and I’m happy to take your dog to nearby parks if you’d like that. I’ve had 4 dogs in my adult life and am great at leash walking manners. With my first dog, when she aged so much that she could no longer walk much at all, I walked her around the neighborhood in a wagon. She loved it :)

I'm a dog mom to a 10-year-old yellow lab rescue, Piper, and a 4-year-old golden cavalier, Mabel. I’ve had dogs of my own since I was 21 years old and I’m currently in my thirties; I’ve had both male and female, and dogs ranging in size from 5 lbs to 75 lbs. I know all about the commitment of dog ownership and would like to support you in caring for your beloved dog. I have experience with puppies as young as 8 weeks all the way to elderly dogs. I also have experience with dogs with special needs - my first dog had 2 surgeries on her leg due to a knee injury, so I am well-versed on caring for dogs in that fragile state. Our two dogs love Ciara! They get so excited when they see her because they know that she always takes them for fun walks. Ciara is comfortable with all dogs, even our 80lb dog who can sometimes be a handful to walk.
Can not say enough good things about Ciara! She has a passion for dogs that you do not find in others. She truly loves them and enjoys all their quirky personalities. She is responsible, caring and joyful. Always know my 4-legged babies are safe and happy when they are with Ciara!
Ciara is one of the best, most loving and enthusiastic people I know. She, in fact, is so in love with her dogs that she inspired my husband and I to adopt our own. Ciara was the first person we called when we needed a sitter for Russell and she was amazing! She let Russell come over to her house and took him on very long walks (he has tons of energy.) Ciara is communicative and reliable-- she even texted us pictures of Russell while we were away. Your doggie will be in good hands with Ciara! (Lisa, Mike and Russell Drackert.)
I have never met a bigger animal lover then Ciara! She loves dogs and dogs love her. There could be no better person for this job and I whole heartedly recommend her. She is a very smart person, diligent worker and a bright personality. She's the best!!!!
