Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Growing up in a home with dogs taught me how to understand their different personalities, emotional needs, behaviors, and routines beyond just the basics of feeding and walking. I pride myself on creating a calm, loving, and safe environment where dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely happy while their owners are away. I am patient, attentive, and I have the ability to build trust with animals quickly. I treat every dog like family, paying close attention to their energy, comfort, and individual needs so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are in caring and dependable hands.

I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it allows them to stay comfortable in a familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I make it a priority to carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences. I also understand how important trust and communication are, so I will provide regular updates, pictures, and check-ins while owners are away so they can feel reassured that their pet is safe, loved, and well cared for.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently work part time and am home the majority of the week. I have open availability during weekdays from 8am–1pm and 3pm–8pm, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to rather than seeing as just a job.
