I work from home 1/2 time during school year. My schedule is quite flexible in the summer. I walk my own pup 2-3 times per day. Spend more time with my pup outdoors when weather permits on the weekends.

I am in a condo, close to a few parks and 2 gated, off-leash dog parks in the south loop neighborhood. I have a few dog bed/blanket spots for doggies. Dog harness and leash are a must when we are outside. I will only accept one dog in my apartment at a time. Will follow client’s home rules if I dog sit at their place.

A typical day
I’d like to learn about your pet’s needs and your expectations. I am open to discuss a plan and see what works for both of us. Typically, I would take the pets for walks. We would go to an off-leash dog park if they enjoy it. I have dog toys at home, so if your fur child comes to my place, there will be entertainment :)

I’ve hired quite a few dog walkers on Rover and although most have been pretty good, Sandie is exceptional! She truly goes above and beyond with her care, communication, and updates/pictures. It’s always hard to leave my dog in the hands of strangers but Sandie has made it easy. You can tell she truly LOVES dogs and is not just doing this for extra income. I would hands down recommend her to anyone!!
