Hi! I'm Gena. I've always had a special place in my heart for animals, and caring for them has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. Growing up with a family dog in Hong Kong and later caring for my two cats for several years taught me that every animal has their own unique personality, quirks, and way of showing love. I genuinely enjoy taking the time to earn a pet's trust, understand their needs, and make them feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I also graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, where I studied animal behavior, welfare, and health. My education helps me better understand how animals communicate, recognize signs of stress or discomfort, and provide thoughtful, attentive care. Friends often describe me as empathetic, gentle, and dependable. Whether your pet is playful and energetic, shy and reserved, or an older companion who needs extra patience, I'll care for them with the same kindness and attention I'd want for my own.
