She was wonderful! She was very communicative, kept me in the loop about everything, and sent me lots of pictures and videos. She was incredibly prepared, knew all the right questions to ask, and even brought toys to introduce new playtime items to my cat. My cat is incredibly shy around strangers, but she was patient and kind, and my cat really liked her. I will definitely be booking with her again!
