We have a big back garden with large deck and lots of grass (and nothing of value!). Dogs are allowed pretty much anywhere in the house, so they would be able to wander about, sleep in the office with us, or elsewhere for some R&R.

A typical day
We live a couple of roads back from the beach, so can walk dogs along the boardwalk there, along to Beach Green, or the recreation ground in Shoreham. We also have plenty of dog toys around and, if needed, a dog bed for napping.

Pet care experience
We had our Retriever/Collie mix breed for almost 18 years, from boisterous puppy to (very) senior retiree, so have experience across the life of a dog.

CJ has always loved animals and shows an immense amount of care and kindness towards them. He has grown up around animals in his family home and has continued to be around animals as an adult. He volunteers at an animal shelter where he helps care for the wide range of animals that the shelter takes on. He also had his own pet dog who CJ loved and cared greatly for, even arranging holidays where hiis dog could be with him. Whatever pet you ask him to look after CJ would treat it with the same love and kindness that he showed not only to his dog but to all the other animals and pets that he has encountered.
CJ is an absolutely wonderful person, and treats any pet he's looking after with respect, dignity, and most importantly, tons of love. He's volunteered for animal rescue centres, and has been a star parent to his own pets for multiple decades. Over the 10 years I've known him, I've never seen him put a foot wrong in regards to animals - it's clear that he loves and cares for them deeply, and is always attentive to their wants and needs. I'd recommend him as a pet sitter any day of the week.
